Twitter allows you to receive minute by minute updates to keep up on everything that CVCA Wrestling is involved in.  Twitter is absolutely free, and once you sign up you will receive text messages updating you on tournaments, scheduling, and more.  This is great for parents, friends, or family that can not be at the tournaments and still want to know how their wrestler is doing.  You can easily sign up from your phone.  Text "Signup" to 40404.  It will send a text back prompting you to create a username.  Once you have created your username text "Follow CVCAWrestling" to 40404, and you will be good to go.  If at anytime you want to stop receiving updates via text message text "Leave CVCAWrestling" to 40404.  Again this is absolutely free.  Twitter doesn't charge anything for this, but standard text messaging rates may apply from your carrier if you do not have a set text messaging plan.  If you have any questions about twitter or CVCA Wrestling's twitter page you can email pacharvat@msn.com
